Tami helped us tremendously throughout the whole process of buying our first house. We were from out of state, with only the vaguest idea of which areas we wanted to be looking in, with no contacts in MA to help us. By chance we found out about Tami online. Even though we gave her a list of twenty different towns all over the Greater Boston Area (anywhere from Andover to Acton to Shrewsbury to Quincy) she was willing to drive all over with only a day's notice and show us houses, that's how dedicated she is.

Tami was always honest with us about houses. At no point did she try to butter us up or try to sell us the first or most expensive house we found. She was extremely no-nonsense when it came time to look at houses, giving us her honest opinion on the pros and cons of the houses we saw, how much work they'd need, and helping weed out ones that we wouldn't be happy with.

She always put our needs first, even coming to a house inspection the day her cat died and talking me through a closing timeline change when she should've been enjoying her birthday. She was very flexible with her schedule and understanding when we had to change appointments last minute due to our toddler. She was also great with aforementioned toddler and knew just how to keep him happy and entertained when needed.

Tami has also been invaluable with her connections and network of vendors. She recommended an excellent house inspector and lawyer and even helped us find a great lender. She has been above and beyond helpful with everything and still checks in on us to make sure everything is fine weeks after the purchase.
